Little Caesars Pizza 1020 19th Avenue North, Fargo, ND 58102

"I was excited to have Little Caesars for the first time in years, but I was disappointed when I got home.The deep dish pizza was undercooked, and the crazy bread was very undercooked.(doughy/sticky) I used the oven to cook the leftovers. The staff was very good. It was starting to get busy. So I'm sure they were just trying to keep up and serve everyone."

"The service I received was horrible. The young kid behind the counter was very rude. I watched another customer come in and get poor service as well all over being asked for extra bbq sauce. The young people were in the back were loud and obnoxious cussing very loudly while I was waiting. Not to mention the breadsticks were terrible and looked like a pizza instead of breadsticks when we took them out of the bag. I don’t think I’ll be returning as there are so many other options for the Fargo area. As a new resident here I was very disappointed with Little Caesars. It used to be one of my favs!"

"My husband went in to get pizza for a birthday party and when he swiped his card they told him it didn't go through and he had to swipe again. So he did, and a few days later we noticed on our statement that it had charged the card twice. He called the store to see if they could refund it, and while he was "on hold" overheard the workers mocking him for calling to get a refund without a receipt. Which he didn't have because they said the first transaction didn't go through in the first place... Obviously, no transaction means no receipt. Never got the refund, service was terrible, and the pizza was not worth the $60 we ended up paying for it. My advice, go somewhere else."

"Ordered delivery and it was quick but they completely messed up the cheese pizza we ordered by putting peperoni on it. Couldn't eat it cause I'm vegetarian. Crazy sauce was also cold and really watered down. Breadsticks were also hard in certain spots. Never ordering from here again."

"Last hour we got a hot and ready with bread sticks. By time we got home we notice the bottom of pizza was hard and the bread sticks were also hard and looked old. I called the next day and ask for a new pizza and I’ll bring it back . I had the whole pizza and bread sticks and they said no returns. I wanted to exchange. But they end up offering me fresh bread sticks. Smh I only paid 12.45 but still this is crazy they won’t even look at the pizza and bread sticks. Should of went to McDonald’s last night Edit: Oh my the response of the owner on these reviews shows you the professionalism! Wow WE GOTTA GET THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN! This is trash and I can’t believe after I read the responses . They are even telling the customers to go to another pizza place more expensive. Smh this is not a respectable business! Don’t spend your money here. Little Caesar is actually good and affordable that’s why I purchased a pizza but this place doesn’t care and obviously just want the money! Please don’t respond telling me to go else where more expensive cause I actually LOVE LITTLE CAESAR BUT NOT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN"
