"This review is specific to the salt water option. Buyer beware, this was not disclosed to us at the time of purchase, but because it's viewed as an "option" the warranty is only 1 year vs the 3 years on components despite it being an essential part of the system once in place. Ours is no longer functioning correctly and over chlorinating the hot tub. Now at the 15 month mark I need to spend hundreds of dollars to fix it or hundreds of dollars to convert it back to a standard chlorine tub. If this information had been disclosed up front we might have done things differently."

"Stopped in to look at hot tubs today. We asked about amperage to which he said 50-60 amp and then inquired about co tact for ‘ “their” electrician and was told that he would not give out that information because people buy their hot tubs somewhere else and use “their” electrician because of the cost. We then said that’s too bad you lost a sale. At that point the man walked out the door yelling they are #1 in the world and went on to raise his voice that we had a terrible truck- odd it is in perfect shape. Unfortunately, the customer service was something we have never witnessed before. A clear liability to this franchise and manufacturing company. He’s definitely a wildcard probably with some type of mental disease that needs to be addressed as he is a large liability."

"I bought a beam hot tub from Mark. They worked with me on a couple of issues. When they brought the tub out they couldn't install the electric because it was not right. They cam back out and hooked up the electrical. Two weeks later I had a problem with the cooling unit. My daughter called and Shane came out on that Sunday and repaired the problem. Very nice people and I highly recommend them."

"Sales man was friendly but took a little bit for him to warm up and get all of our questions answered. My husband and I walked in there with a list of questions since we knew already what we were looking for. Maybe he was just trying to allow us to look around and not bombard us like a car salesman; if that’s the case I appreciate that! Overall quality of the tubs seemed great and we liked that there was a budget for everyone. Prices ranged from the low few thousands to the high $19,000 dollar range for a hot tub and $20-40k for the swim spas (large pool that turns into an exercise pool or large whirlpool). Our favorite thing they offered was the attachment that could be hooked up to their higher end hot tubs to cool the water to as low as 50 degrees which is perfect for body recovery or something that is useful in Arizona heat to use in the summer if you don’t have the luxury of a pool. (The attachment is $2,500 add on but well worth it in our opinion)."
