"We purchased a new pool pump and filter and set up the installation at the store come the installation day. They said they would call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They never arrived when we called the store. The store said we had to contact the service department when we did we found out they reschedule us to the 24th and never told us. I’m sure the pool will be green by then as the current pump is broken and leaking. Worst service ever."
