"Have used Leslie's for parts in the past. I tried 3 different stores for a simple pool leveler float - none in stock in the area in any store that was relatively close within 25 miles. Nice managers - they apologized, but didn't know when new inventory would arrive. Ended up going to Amazon and getting the same part for $10 cheaper than on the Leslie's website. Not good business to be out of parts when people need them for repairs."

"Obviously the worker shortage isn’t hurting this business. I was here a few days ago, must have been 5 people working, they were talking and laughing, having a good old time, barely noticed me! The owner may want to thin the herd so they actually work."

"Rob has been awesome helping get the chemical levels adjusted in my new pool. I’ve been going into the store weekly for water tests over the last month and get the same great customer service. This last time I went in got the water test done and had all the chemical I needed, but realized I had forgotten my wallet. I was allowed to take the chem home and just call in the payment when I got home. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

"Totaly disappointed, two weekends in a row waiting for there so called technician to come and evaluate to upgrade my equipment, both times talked to the same guy at the counter. He said that he put the request in him self, not to pleased to be stood up two Saturdays in a row when im looking to buy equipment. I guess ill take my business to another pool location that has better customer service."

"Friendly staff that are always willing to help. I’ve been going here for the past ten years for the stuff I need to keep my pool running clean. I agree that the prices on the plastic parts is very over priced and can be found online (I’m talking from experience since I’m one of the people who bought over priced plastic pieces out of desperation), but the employees don’t set the prices."
