"My grandma brought her sweet shy dog here as the reviews seemed good. When she picked him up he was anxious and shaking. He also had a HUGE GASH under his eye, his bottom was swollen and his privates were BLACK and BRUISED!!! So disappointed my grandma loves her dog so much and he’s been in pain since she went…she even reached out asking what ointments to put on his gashes and was ignored …SMH!!"

"I have been to a couple if groomers. I have a happy hyper Labrador and it seems like many groomers cannot handle him. The groomers here are great! We just took our golden puppy to get him comfortable and the experience was great! I am happy we have found a good place for our dogs."

"If you have a dog, I'm sure this place is great, they have all kinds of posters promising to take care of your DOG. DO NOT trust them with your cat. I picked up my cat, he's not even brushed, he's still wet and his paws are covered in blood. They tried to tell me that he scratched off his nails himself during drying but we can clearly see they cut WAY too close to the skin. This cat has been groomed for years without any incident. This is the first and last time I'll go here."
