"Would give these people ZERO stars if able. Waited a week to get an appointment to get service work on my spa. Service was supposed to be anytime from 7am to noon. I hadn't heard anything from them at 10:30, so I called only to get an answering machine. At noon I get a call to tell me they cannot come, and they could reschedule me sometime next week, as they have to give service priority to clients that buy there products."
