"Comfy beds, large TV, clean non working fridge but cool enough. Ice machine on 2nd floor only. And at the very end of hall. Being a Hilton, they should accommodate guests and put one on every floor. And maybe get a microwave for the rooms. Loved the location, couldn't hear the traffic very near. Thx for a weekend stay."

"Room was updated and nice. Main issue was the pool. Despite claiming to have a heated pool, it was FREEZING. When I inquired as to whether they could turn up the heat, I was told the thermometer was broken and they were waiting on a part. Given it was February, the heated pool was a big factor in our decision to stay at that hotel. Very frustrating to see 15+ kids jammed into the small hot tub given the pool was virtually unusable for longer than a minute or two at a time. Other challenge was the restaurant. Very limited menu and only open in the evenings even on the weekend, which was tough given there wasn't much in walking distance."

"My wife and I stayed here in late January for a night. We were in the middle of moving and needed place to take a hot shower and good night sleep. So we thought why not stay here since it was close by and Hilton has always been great. When we checked in they told us it was the last room available and it would be just over $300.00. I thought that was high but I do understand revenue management and they mark it up on based on supply demand. I inquired if they had a AARP discount and she popped her head in the managers office. He replied with a quick no. I am a reasonable person and said ok no problem. Here is where it started to go wrong from a customer service standpoint. I waned to use two gift cards that are literally Hilton Rewards Cards to offset the high price. They refused to let us use them. Kindly asked why and pointed out that they are their gift cards. They refused, which still dumbfounds me, after all they are Hilton Rewards Gift Cards. So I went ahead and put it on my card. We checked in the room and everything seemed great until we walked into the bathroom that was not clean. Hair all over the toilet and bath, body soaps empty. Oh well we said we are tired and hungry so let's to the bar have a drink and get a bite to eat. Beer was cold and the sandwich was great. When I went to pay I thought surely they would accept the Hilton Rewards Gift Card for payment. The bartender went run it and I saw him answer the phone. When I turned and looked at the front desk I could see he was on the phone with the manager.He hung up and came back to us and said we do not accept Hilton Rewards Gift Cards. What's wrong with this scenario, first of all you would think the manager would have walked over the 40 feet talk with us. That is customer service 101. Secondly what good is Hilton Rewards Gift Card if you can't use it at a Hilton! I am in the hospitality business myself, I am truly disappointed and will do my best to never stay at a Hilton again. What's unfortunate is that I am sure there are some great Hilton's and great teams but this really left a sour taste and it starts with training."

"The hotel is clean and quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean. Starbucks products in the market. They also have a very good gym with lots of equipment and a heated pool. This hotel is also close to a lot of restaurants within walking distance."

"Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Restaurant/bar on site, but leaves a lot to be desired and has slow service and bartender didn’t know what a cosmopolitan was. Very nice patio with fire pits for relaxing. Rooms are clean and big, with streaming tv."
