"Rooms, locations, and amenities offered are great. However being charged twice for my 3 night’s original was not great. 3 months later after I’m already home from vacation and I was changed again, this time 300$ plus dollars for a horse ride I didn’t take. Watch your charges closely."

"My boyfriend and our pup recently took an overnight trip from Vegas to unplug. Our only regret was that we didn't book two nights! Our Preserve One Bedroom Cabin, was clean, cozy and spacious. The ranch's quaint charm and the cabin's pet-friendly design, especially the enclosed porch for our doggo added to our comfort. What stood out most was the stunning night sky, made possible by the ranch's low light policy, offering a spectacular stargazing experience. We had breakfast at the restaurant as well, which was delicious! The friendly staff and serene environment made our visit to Zion Mountain Ranch an amazing adventue and we hope we get to come back!"

"The ranch and RV park are very secluded, and the owners are not friendly. Management is very lazy. The RV parks bath house has a buch of MOLD, and the laundry room sinks like eggs. In the gift shop, It may be 2 - 7 days before the milk and juice is put into the coolers. Our daughter was sick after drinking a bottle of milk. The wifi sucks and there's no cell service. If this place was ever properly inspected, it would be closed for carelessness and a lack of attention to detail. If you decide to work there, expect your paycheck to be inaccurate on a routine basis."

"Zion Mountain Ranch is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed, and was a highlight of my vacation. We spent 3 nights in a Preserve Cabin Suite. It was very clean and comfortable, and in particular I *loved* the thermostat-controlled fireplace which kept the room very cozy on chilly autumn evenings. It felt very private. The deep tub was also much appreciated for sore muscles after a long day of hiking! The views were spectacular, and on our last night/morning the bison had made their way up to our area of the preserve and were truly just outside our cabin. The minimal outdoor lighting at night made for great stargazing. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I loved walking through the garden areas, and there was abundant entertainment in the form of the local animals - among others, food-motivated ponies and horses, friendly ranch dogs, adorable pond ducks, lively hens, feisty roosters, and 2 very sweet pigs who very much enjoyed being petted. Although we did not take advantage of them, there appeared to be plenty of available activities to sign up for through partner organizations, and a nightly bonfire at the ranch itself. The on-site restaurant was nice, although I do wish it had had more vegetarian options. The location couldn't be beat - right down the road from Zion itself, on the east side of the park which was great as it seemed that most traffic entering Zion was coming from Springdale on the west side. This was a great place for a romantic getaway as a couple but I think would be fantastic for families as well. In short, I simply loved my stay here and hope to visit again one day."

"ZMR was fantastic. We arrived later than we thought. Mark stayed and waited for us to make sure we got our key. And then, gave us a flashlight to find our way and asked to call him to let him know we found our cabin. The cabin was sublime. Perfect. Clean. The entire environment was wonderful. Really great place if you're planning to hit Zion and Bryce Canyon."
