Maroney's Dry Cleaners & Laundry Pick up and Delivery

"I'm very upset with Mahoney Cleaners. I gave them my laundry on a Friday. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. I called the following day to see why I haven't received my laundry. I was told they're washing my laundry now. What the hell! No clear explanation either. I just signed up for the monthly wash and fold delivery service. I'm waiting to speak to the manager which will determine if I will continue services with Mahoney. This is ridiculous! Now I spoken to the manager. We had an argument about me getting incorrect information from one of her workers. The manager said since my laundry was not in one of their bags, the workers didn't know to wash and fold my laundry. She was very adamant about her protecting her staff's mistakes and not being apologetic to me about the lack of responsibility on their part. I will have to wait another day to get my laundry. And, I'm definitely canceling my service with Mahoney. I'm going back to Launderland which provides excellent service and has a time frame to give me when my laundry will be ready. Unlike, Mahoney which will get to laundry and delivered it whenever it is convenient for them. This business doesn't put the customer first. Launderland does. They don't deliver, but it is worth me going there to get outstanding service."

"I have been there a few times to take my rugs for cleaning and never had an issue. Until this last time I took a rug about the same size as the previous one. And they were taking a long time to call me that it was ready. After about weeks the people that clean it called stating the rug had fell apart on the inside of the padding. When I asked them if it was really noticeable they stated it was and that they had read the instructions carefully. They asked me if it was an old rug and I stated it was not old and that they have washed it before. Along with other rugs of that same size & style. I asked if they were going to reimburse me for the rug. And they straight out said No we read the instructions . I expressed that it was not right to not give any reimbursement for the rug especially because I'm a regular customer. The lady insisted that it was not their fault and they had read the instructions carefully. The only thing they offered was to not charge me for cleaning it. I'm very upset with their service and will not go back . I don't recommend this place to anyone. Bad Customer Service!!!"
