"Worse leading company ever... I got behind for 2 months it caught up on my payments last week yesterday they called and said I still owed $800 which ain't even my monthly payment of $375. I have a friend who paid off her truck through this company they said it was her last payment so she was so happy to weeks later they call her up and tell her she still owes them $5,000 this is honestly the worst lending company you can get"

"These people SUCK I called every day for over a week for my income to be verified only for them to keep lying and saying they outreached my company! Literally because they kept sending the VOE to the wrong email address or wouldn’t follow up in the allotted time frame! Then even after multiple claimed documented notes and calls they sent my contract back to the dealership without even reaching out!!!! After I called an entire WEEK EVERY DAY! Between the dealers and these people I’ll never finance another car again in life!!!! I had to return my vehicle! Hands down worse experience EVER"

"If I could give zero stars I would! Worst company ever! I recently got laid off and asked for a deferral, one person told me one thing so I complied to be slapped with six other different procedures from six different people. They say my account has been notated but none of them have done their job. Today I got a letter stating they are gonna repossess after a little over one month! Boo! You suck"

"Worst financial company you can go with my vehicle was totaled 10/4/23 and now 1/4/24 my vehicle that was paid off 6 weeks after. Had gap and service contract neither used and had my credit hit today. I try calling but apparently I need to call during my work hours. According to their website last month id didnt owe them a penny. Now I randomly owe them $385. Never got a call from anyone nor can I get in touch with this company. If I could give them a negative 100 star review I would. Avoid this company at all cost and I will not get started on their customer service. Don't do it. Make sure you ask your sales man who your going threw. Best wishes to anyone going threw it with this company."

"GLS took two payments from our checking account, when only one was authorized. I contacted them and requested a refund. They claim they refunded the funds to our checking account andi t would take 3-5 business days. After we 20 business days no refunds received, I continued to follow up with them, and I was told to keep waiting or contact our bank to find out why they won't release the funds to us. They have now "refunded" both our payments from November, which reflects a delinquency of two months on our account, however we have still received 0 refunds from GLS! This I made another payment yesterday hoping this will prevent repossession but GLS is refusing to fix their error, even after I have provided our bank statements and a letter from our bank. I have filed a complaint through BBB, and I continue to send follow up emails to their customer service department, Vernon and Stephanie who were the two managers who have been working this situation. We are now 30 days out, and we have not received either refund."
