"Irresponsible iphone repair service that takes no ownership of functions they ruin during servicing. I had a battery and screen replaced. Now the facial recognition doesn’t work. The tech said ‘maybe it’s the aftermarket screen he installed.’ He said he can’t test the phone. Now he wants me to pay to try again! 7th Street shop."
"I was given a portal to set up an appointment at this business because I was having an issue getting my apps to load the user/passes from my old phone. Don't be fooled by the name - it's verizon. I went in and was ignored by busy staff even though I set up a 630 appt online. I stood there for 10 minutes and one of the CUSTOMERS walked over and told me if I didn't scan a qrcode on a sign, I wouldn't get assistance. I understand the staff was busy but why did a customer have to tell me this? I had a gray sweatshirt and went to the left since you can document this narrative is 100% real. Customer service is dead - even for large purchases in 2024."
"Update: finally made it home and the cleaning that I paid $108 for did not seem to be done. Keys are sticking, right mouse key sticking, and screen is dirty. Not sure what was done for 108 bucks. The gentleman who checked me in, Dominic, was excellent. He's the only reason I gave stars. Chance, however should not Interact with customers. He was extremely rude over the phone because he could not figure out the written down password. Then said he would have to get to the computer later. The next day, Sunday, I called around 3 to check on the computer and he had a full update. No texts, no call. They would've had my laptop an unumerbered amount of extra days for nothing because it was close to closing time. I wish I was able to get my laptop fully repaired, however, the lack of customer service skills makes me not trust you working on my laptop."
"The absolute WOSRT service I've ever experienced. Brought a phone in for the front screen repair, I was advised to do water damage 1st. After I went forward with that, my phone came back in MUCH MUCH worse condition then when I brought it in. The interior screen had huge bubbles under the screen the stretched from top to bottom of the phone. That were NOT originally there Now when the phone is opened or shut there's a cracking noise, as if something inside is shattered or cracking NO glue/enhesive was ever used to reseal the phone so the front screen fell off immediately after getting it back. With the back hanging by a hair. The front screen wasn't even attached to the phone to connect it to the device. I asked what they can do inregards of this extra damage. Then, They immediately took NO blame, said their was NO PROOF it was them. I asked for corporate # and they gave me some bogus number. Then they charged me 30$ that they had no right to. . . After finally getting ahold of corporate I got that 30$ refunded. Corporate were pissed the store even charged me in the 1st place for "what was suppose to be a free service". They took no blame nor humility to apologize or make any of it right. Not to mention they were to give me an update in 2 days on my phone, which I didn't receive for 4-6 days until I reached out to them. My advise, DONT SHOP AT ASURION. DEFINITELY not with CHASE on 7th & bell. Nor any of that team. Just send it in to your provider. TRUST ME. You WILL lose money if you go to ASURION. Send it in to the PROVIDER. or a 3rd party who SPECIALIZES in your specific phone. They have lost my business indefinitely. My phone is TOTALLED and had an entire buisness on it, with thousands of dollars and customers. . .now gone to there poor service. Coming from a buisness owner, they need to learn how to communicate and how to treat the people that chose to shop at asurion. Maby a therapist on sight might suit that location best. Or a cooperate manager on site. Or ANYONE who know what it means to run a PROFESSIONAL buisness. Truly pathetic."
