"As of today, my car has been in the shop 4 days within a two week span for the same issue (Alternator). I paid for them to get a new alternator into my car and still after it was “fixed”, I have been experiencing the same issue with my car and having to bring it back on multiple occasions. Now, the store manager has been kind and does attempt to resolve the issue but at this point it has began to inconvenience me as I use my car for work as well as transporting my kids. This issue should have been fixed and I shouldn’t have to return to the shop as many times as I have. Tmr will be the 5th day they have my car and I will not be able to use. Before today, when I last dropped off my car, I was NOT notified that my car had been “finished”. I called multiple times with no answer so I showed up to the shop and my car was sitting there ready with the keys inside the car. Approximately 3 days later, Today, dropped my car off at approximately 9:30a-10a to be fixed once again. I called at 4:23pm to get an update on my car as this is only a 2 hr job. I get no real answer except “I’m not really sure. I haven’t been in the shop too much today and I had another guy come from another store to come look at your car. They are still working on it but let me give you a call back after I talk with them to see where we are at”. I give it some time and still hadn’t received any call back so then I call back again at 5:45p and 5:46p with no answer and their shop closes at 6p today. This is just the alternator issue. Prior to this, I had brought my car in for an oil change. Oil change was done, I went home and the next day all the oil had spilled out my car and was not drivable. I called Midas who had to get a tow truck to bring my car back to the shop. The issue was resolved, apparently the rubber that goes around had folded not allowing it to seal properly. He did offer me a few free oil changes and that issue was resolved. I just haven’t had the best luck with this location and once it’s all be resolved, I’m not sure that I will be using them again since I have lost days of work and hundreds of dollars due to having to bring my car in multiple times for the same issue."

"The servicing was OK. the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is that they never put more air in my tires nor topped off any fluids that were on the details / description of the oil change service. I truly expected everything that was listed would be complete, but no. Wish they could've been more specific about what all was included or.. not."

We never changed mechanics. This location truly feels like your local neighborhood garage. Not some corporate ran business. Miguel is the manager, and always looks out for us. I have 0 complaints. And completely trust these men with my car! They also just won the Arizona Championship across all AZ Midas locations. Well deserved!"
