"I walked into Kerry’s in desperation. I had just gotten my vehicle out of another mechanic shop 2 weeks prior. That mechanic had my vehicle for a month and $1300 later, I received my vehicle one evening and by the next morning my check engine was back on and other alerts in the dashboard. Kerry’s took my vehicle and assessed it and had it fixed the same day! When they called for me to come pick it up and explained all the details it was such assurance and relief it brought me to tears. Thank you Kerry’s staff and Justin for taking care of this situation and for truly caring! I highly recommend!!!"

"Amazing service they were very fast and friendly, the manager Matthew was very nice and helpful! the waiting room was very comfy and the wait wasn’t long even though it was a busy Saturday, definitely will be coming back when I need another oil change!"

"Nothing good to say about this location. Terrible customer service every time i come here. Brought my car to have rotors and pads installed. A day later the brakes are making a squeaking sound and they tell me i need to get a brake bleed. To my understanding your always supposed to bleed the brakes after a job like that, but they still let me drive it with no pedal feel(pedal sinking to the floor) until i called them. Paid $200 to get brakes bled and they assured me the problem was gone. As soon as i drove my car out the parking lot i heard the squeaking sound. Now they're blaming me and offering no help all while laughing and making jokes on the phone. Ridiculous! Had to talk to the manager Matthew before any help was offered. 2 Days to install rotors and pads, $750 paid, and they're still not fixed. Update: Within 5 minutes of driving and checking the rotors I see a huge crack in the rear driver side rotor! Can you please tell me how you installed, bled the brakes, and checked them for quality 3 times and still have no idea what the problem is?! "My wife and I moved to the Glendale area and were looking for a new mechanic when we found Kerry’s. At first we really enjoyed them, the people were nice and knowledgeable. But recently it has been a nightmare. Not only have we found ourselves dropping our cars off early in the morning for a simple oil change and waiting the entire day to hear back, but issues on our cars haven’t been addressed properly and we’ve had to return multiple times for the same fix. Seems like each time we bring the car for something, it gets worse instead of better. I could write so much about the ball being dropped on their end, but essentially it’s just been more hassle than help going to Kerry’s. Time management is not there and most recently neither is the customer service. My wife has had multiple issues with Andy over the last few months. First sitting in the waiting room, waiting for them to fix an issue that was meant to be addressed already and listening to him yelling at a customer on the phone. The next time when my wife brought her car back yet again for the same issue and Andy checked her in, she left it in afternoon and overnight. When following up the next day Andy was speaking condescendingly and inappropriately to her on the phone trying to blame her needing her car back the following afternoon as a reason why he couldn’t address the issue. Despite the car being there the day before and into the following afternoon where it should have been worked on first thing. When she went to pick it up anyway, he continued to speak aggressively and condescending to her in person. Then again just yesterday when my wife was attempting to pick her car up for that same issue after leaving it for nearly 2 business days, we witnessed Andy speaking completely disrespectful to a customer in which Kerry’s had locked the keys in their car. When the customer asked if they would be able to get the keys out Andy said, “I’m not a locksmith. Unless you want me to break your window, no.” When the customer asked if Kerry’s would pay for the locksmith since Kerry’s locked the keys in, Andy proceeded to say no they wouldn’t and told them customer to stop speaking to him. Are you kidding!! It continued on and with complete lack of respect for the customer. And as for me, I was promised my car to be done first thing in the morning after leaving it from 8am on a Thursday, overnight and finding at 4pm on Friday it hadn’t been touched. Making me leave it for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and now in hopes it will be done on Monday. Matthew, the manager of the shop, was helping out after our previous issue with Andy and despite Matthew and Keaton’s great customer service, Kerry’s has continue to drop the ball with fixing our vehicles. So if you’re looking for a shop to get your car fixed effectively and efficiently, this isn’t the one. We are sad to say we likely won’t be returning to Kerry’s anymore."

"The employees were all super nice and relaxed. I went in for a routine oil change and was appreciative that they took time to go over next steps without pressuring me to schedule an appointment for other routine things that need taken care of. He took time to explain what they found and answer all my questions, including walking me through what things I could take care of on my own. Definitely recommend!"
