"Mamager here is never willing to try to work with people or squeeze anything in. Everything has to dropoff or be scheduled, its rediculous, not every tire issue is planned, nor can everyone drop off their vehicles all day for a 10 minute repair."

"Communication and time management were just awful. I drop my car off at 9am day 1 for inspection, basic tune-up, and oil change. Store manager Fil even said over the phone total time to complete everything should be 5 hours. I called around 3pm day 1 for an update and was told they're wrapping it up. An hour or two passes and I call as they're about to close soon, they're still wrapping things up same as before. I don't hear back til I call at 8am next day and they are not even wrapping up, it's still in the garage because of a gasket they charged me even more for. Not only did they fail to communicate the delays with me, the only offer for my inconvenience was to deduct labor on a gasket I still had to pay the part cost on. Zero attempts made to deduct from the original invoice which was the biggest part of the inconvenience. Not only am I not going to recommend this place to anyone, I'm forever insisting others avoid these establishments and recommending them literally anywhere else!"

"My Nanas Jeep wasn't leaking oil before we took it here, she got a oil change now its leaking in our driveway. Horrible service."

"I know auto repair shops get beat up in their reviews all the time… occasionally, for a good reason. However, I want to shout from the rooftops about Jake, and the crew at this Firestone location. Short story… took my car to ANOTHER Firestone location for simple oil change, tire rotate/balance and alignment check. That OTHER location just changed the oil and did nothing else. I even think they knocked off a balance weight off one of the tires because when I drove it back home to the other side of town there was a bad vibration (unbalanced tire) Well, Jake said they were super busy (big sale week) but he would work me in. Problem solved! Did work the other location should have… fixed a problem the other location caused. All with smiles on their face."

""Community Alert" Bridgestone/ Firestone They broke in my car. I put my car in this Firestone for a battery Starter check. They didn't not have a battery charger or jumper and No tools No certified mechanic. I didn't know The condition of this Location. Overnight Someone Damage my car and Stole my Audio equipment, out of my car In a one night stay inside the Firestone Garage! I had to tow my car from Firestone ,Damaged and Violated and with police Black Finger print dust All over My car They BROKE in MY car! Update: 7/10/2022 My car is still Damaged ! Nothing has been done! Bridgestone/Firestone Playing insurance Games. Opportunity for this place of Business to restore confidence in the customers Decides to Not do Anything To help me. Sad ! Lawsuit No choice. Will update Community Every step of the way"
