"One of our business ac units when out in our wine warehouse. I called Steve's Ultimate Air and they immediately sent someone out to evaluate the situation. They got us a quote very quickly. "Our compressor went out yesterday. We called at about 8am and Steve's was here within the hour. It was supposed to take 3 weeks to get the part due to covid-related supply issues, but Steve's found the part and had it installed in less than a day. This was a warranty repair (of a manufacturer defect) so Steve's didn't charge anything; yet they treated our issue as an emergency. Our tech Hector was phenomenal as well. Last point - we had never used them before; this unit was installed before we moved in. We were beyond impressed at being taken care of like we were lifetime customers. Well done."
"Had a Great experience with Steve's Ultimate Air from the very beginning! It all started with Hector who came to my residence to assess my AC needs and quote me on a new install. He was professional and personable, explaining and showing me pictures of their previous installs. I had several previous quotes and although they were not the cheapest they did work with me on pricing. In the end, I preferred to pay a little more for a trouble free and Quality install. I'm glad I did because they did not disappoint! On the day of install Hector and Tony were punctual, professional, and did a Great job on the install! Irene was the point of contact for the paperwork and behind the scenes logistics. She did a Nice job keeping me informed along the way and following up with warranty, certificates etc. Everything is working as expected thus far.
