"Recently, I went to start my truck and it wouldn’t start. After looking into it a bit I realize that it was the fuel pump. I had an extended warranty on my vehicle, and I called them to put in a claim. I came across Sun Devil Auto while looking on Google, and Mechanic shops near me. They had very good reviews so I gave them a call. I asked them if they worked with extended warranty companies as some mechanic shops won’t and they said they did and just so happen to be a premier shop for my extended warranty. They were able to assist me with getting the vehicle towed to their shop. The time to get my vehicle repaired was a bit more than I expected, but I could understand as they were very busy but every time that I called to check on my vehicle, they were able to give me a update. When everything got processed to the warranty company, there were some unforeseen charges that came up and I did make a dispute and they did resolve very quickly and were able to always show good customer service professionalism. Although the problems I had were under warranty, their prices seemed pretty fair. I will continue to utilize this shop even If I don’t have a warranty plan on my vehicle as their service alone is good."

I gave the "go ahead" to James at the service counter and 4 days later my car was returned to me and it drove like a Rolls!
