"Clayton was my service representative and I could not have asked for anyone better. He was punctual, worked around our schedule, kept us updated through every step of the process, and was upfront about what he could do for us and what it would cost (in my opinion the price for an AC diagnostic is very high but this is out of Clayton’s control) if I’m rating Clayton alone I’m rating the highest I can! I used to work directly with Chris but he retired and I was worried that I would not get the same kind of service but I now know that I still have someone I can count on when I have to bring this POS Chevy in for service twice a year! Clayton Rocks!"

"I made an appointment for a check on a rattle heard under Tahoe carriage and an oil change. I was told that they would check under carriage for sound and to mention it when I brought it in. I was then told that they could not hear anything after oil change was completed but I insisted that it was very noticeable. We drove it away from service area where it was quieter where service advisor and technician heard it. Service advisor said they would take care of it at no charge. After repair was done and I was paying for oil change. I asked service advisor to explain the repair that was done as it was not noted on my paperwork. He said they had used a zip tie and foam to secure a loose fuel line. I mentioned this repair to my brother-in-law who had previously inspected my car for the rattle. My brother-in-law felt that using a zip tie and foam under the carriage did not sound like a proper and safe repair. That proper repair would have involved using a metal clip that would have been used originally when built. I then sent a text to service advisor Logan and shared these concerns and of not feeling safe with repair and future service or repairs at Freeway Chevrolet Dealership. I asked to have his manager call me to voice my concerns. No one has contacted me from dealership except for this survey I am completing."
