"Store is nice . But truck parking is a mess. If you park here , that's if you can find parking, plan ahead. You can easily get blocked in by drivers parking in no parking zones. Loves staff doesn't monitor the lot so people just start parking all over the place. Real pain when you need to leave early AM."
"Before you leave you better check your truck and make sure that the proper work. I want her to get my trucks PMS the filters weren't changed my truck wasn't greased a lot of things weren't done when they're 11:30 I didn't leave until 4:30."
"Bad service, was told I had to wait 1 hours and half to check a flat. That was fine. It Took them 4 hours to get to me. Hey I don’t get payed to just wait 4 hours. All they were doing the whole time was talking and standing. I wish I should have taken pictures of them. Very disappointed."
"Epic Fail. Four batteries at $890 was the bill. I asked about the alternator output and he said he would check it out but didnt. Im glad freightliners has a voltage meter built in. I was about to have the same problem immediately down the road. Thank you Loves for taking the time and making sure my truck was road ready. I wouldn't suggest inspections here. Just lousy work. He didnt even reconnect my power converter. Imma have a lot of work to do tomorrow."
