"My wife and I decided to give AZ Aquaman Pool Care (Casa Grande) a try since they are local and located closer to our home. The reviews were positive and the receptionist I spoke with was fantastic to deal with. We had high hopes. Issues and delays happen while working...that's totally understandable. But, if the tech is going to be late, it's always a good plan to let the customer know in advance. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told, by the nice receptionist, that the tech would call us at 8:00 AM on the scheduled day to let us know when he would be available for a site visit. 10:00 AM...no calls or text messages. I called and was told that the tech was in my area and that he would call me when he's completed his maintenance route. I got a text at 12:30 PM, and the tech arrived at our house at 1:00 PM. My wife spoke with the tech, advising him that she had to step out but was driving home and asked him to please stay at the house so that she could speak with him in person. Ten minutes later, the tech drove away just as my wife drove into the cul-de-sac. I spoke with the manager of AZ Aquaman. He informed me of the nature of the leak, and that the cost of repair/labor would be e-mailed to me. He did not answer my questions as to why the tech left after my wife told him that she would be at the house shortly, and why the leakage issue wasn't addressed the same day. Instead, his conversation was focused on the poor water quality and how the pool needs to be drained to resolve the issue. I abruptly ended the conversation after not getting any of my questions answered. There was another issue that sealed the deal not to do business with this company. We all have bad days, but this issue was a deal breaker for me. The manager is well aware of what that issue was and I'm sure that the tech will be more vigilant of his surroundings with future client site visits. Going by the reviews, there are many who have had great service from AZ Aquaman. Unfortunately, my wife and I did not get the customer service that we expected."
