"I am only giving this shop 1 star,because the way we were taken advantage of and played,it was done pretty well.Only if the effort put into swindling people,and taking them for all they have was actually put into fixing a car properly,then the experiance would have been much better and worth the money. I personally brought my car to Bill for the last time.I even showed him the code it was putting out for the check engine light,with the same issues he had us pay for a replacement transmission, amongst other things.He said he checked the part stated as having an issue,and said it was fine,there's no issues,then said he'd have to get into the motor to find out why the check engine light was on,but it would cost a lot of money.I finally told him no.Went to O'Reilly's and got the part the code was for.Put it in .and car worked perfectly fine.A 50 dollar fix that would have never been fixed with this Auto shop.My experiance,you can take from it what you want.Others may have been treated better"

"Bill comes highly recommended and now I see why. Not any work done yet, just took a used car that I'm wanting to buy to have him look it over. He put it up on the hoist, both he and Bo looked it over real good, advised what HAD to be replaced and what SHOULD be repaired and gave me a written quote that I could take to seller to renegotiate the purchase. Very honest and efficient and accommodating. Bill will do the work as soon as I can get it scheduled. He's now my "go to guy" in CG from now on."
