"Made an appointment for a diagnostic check. Arrived 10 minutes prior to my 9am time and was first in what became at least 6 vehicles. There was no service advisor in the island office. Another car pulled into the other lane after me. A service advisor showed up about 9:10. The other car was taken care of first. After 45 minutes I had finally finished the check in process. I agreed to leave the vehicle and take a courtesy shuttle back home. At 2pm I called them after hearing nothing. They had not touched my vehicle. At 5 pm I got a call from service. They had not seen my vehicle yet. Said it had been a “crazy” day. But would look at my vehicle first thing tomorrow. At noon that 2nd day I called again after hearing nothing. Still hadn’t looked at my vehicle, but it was to be next in line. Finally at 4pm I received call from a service advisor. We discussed my vehicle’s issue and I said I would just come back and pick it up. I was not about to let them work on it for fear it could be there a week for a 3 hour job. I will never ever take a vehicle to them until history and reviews here convince me they have learned how to operate and schedule a service shop. Of the several dealership service departments I have used over many years and locations I have never had this happen. When it was still Henry Brown, it was operated as it should be. My experience was the opposite with Jerry Seiner Chevrolet service."

"I went to this place since its a Chevy service dealer & had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly & have a nice clean waiting room. But the service is aweful. After waiting 4 hours for an oil change & aliment. They told me they could not do the ailiment because the lug nut was to tight to come off. The car had a strange noise when i turned on the ac. They didnt put a new sticker on window & didnt reset the oil & filter reading. When i got home i got a friend to check to see if the oil filter got replaced. It wasnt replaced but they charged me for it. Im not going back to this place & dont recommend their services. It takes alot for me to give a bad review. Especially, a Chevy service dealer. But they earned it."
