"The store is actually called battery plus. I made an appointment on their website for 6pm iPhone battery replacement. When I arrived about 6:30 the guy told me the tech who can work on battery was off by 5 PM so the website shouldn’t allow me to make that appointment. I asked if I can leave my phone at store because I don’t need it very soon, he told me for safety concern they don’t allow overnight storage of phone so I have to get back tomorrow and pick up the same day. I drove a block east to the Frys plaza and give my phone to CPR cellphone repair shop. They have no issue to take my phone and repair it later."

"Called and ordered my screen, about 2 days later it came in and I had my phone back within an hour of giving it to him and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend if in the area."

"my s8 is like it was when i bought it. i am very happy with the repair. the staff took the time to go through all my concerns with my phone and it took less than an hour ( more like 15 mins but i left and came back after an hour). i had went to a different place that said they had to order a battery. two weeks later i had never heard back from them so i tried batteries and bulbs. they fixed me up quick and instead of the $125.00 the other place said it was only $64.95. i am sending all my family and friends there, those people are awesome!"

"I bought a battery about a year ago from here, used it twice then had to take it out of the vehicle for a few month to rebuild a car. Upon reinstalling the battery no longer worked. When I brought the battery back it would not take a charge and I got a sorry your warranty expired last month, but we will give you $10 off your $200 battery. Fantastic. I would have given 1 star, but the gentleman with the jump wings saved it the night prior."

"I was extremely impressed with the extraordinary customer service Joe provided in repairing my I phone and changing the battery. His professionalism, courtesy and explanation of the warranty on the work completed was exceptional. The only frustration I experienced was trying to place a phone call to the Battery Plus store to check on the status of my I phone. In a half dozen calls I found it impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Battery Plus really needs to review the loss of calls based on a phone system that is totally ineffective.
