"ONLY WANT YOU TO BUY NEW EQUIPMENT YOU DONT NEED. Went in to get help on backing up and updating my MacBook Pro. Was told that I needed to buy a new computer as my system was not compatible with any other updates even though apple support told me I could. So I then asked about backing it up and was told I would need a new computer in order to back it up as they didn’t think any hard drives were compatible. I left and went to apple where they not only helped me back up my computer to an external hard drive but then also updated my computer to what geek squad said I couldn’t. They only want to have you purchase more stuff you don’t need."
