"I came in to Geek Squad to ask questions about an older laptop to help my disabled son. The customer service agent didn't even want to listen to my question because it was for an older product. Very dissappointed in our Tech Service Plan. It's dissappointing to pay for service and have to go somewhere else to get it. It was very challenging to try and explain why we didn't get any answers to a disabled person. I wasn't really wanting them to do anything, just provide some answers to questions. Couldn't get that there!"

"ONLY WANT YOU TO BUY NEW EQUIPMENT YOU DONT NEED. Went in to get help on backing up and updating my MacBook Pro. Was told that I needed to buy a new computer as my system was not compatible with any other updates even though apple support told me I could. So I then asked about backing it up and was told I would need a new computer in order to back it up as they didn’t think any hard drives were compatible. I left and went to apple where they not only helped me back up my computer to an external hard drive but then also updated my computer to what geek squad said I couldn’t. They only want to have you purchase more stuff you don’t need."
