He first did our front of the house and we loved it so much we called him back for the back of the house. He pays attention to details, answers all my silly questions, went over 80% and 90% coverage, very patient, very kind, very easy to pay. I was worried about the house would be darker of course, so we did 80 in the front and 90 in the back. The one thing that really makes him special for me is, he brought his wife over so that my (90 year old) mother in law would not feel uncomfortable being around a man by herself. Very thoughtful.
