"My husband and I have used Chandler Air ever since we moved into our home in 2017. Every technician that we have worked with has been phenomenal and goes above and beyond whatever we are requesting them to do on that visit. The first technician that we worked with was Hector, he came to give assistance after we had a thunderstorm and it somehow stopped our air conditioning system from running. He was very kind as well as very patient with all of our questions and made sure that we had a full understanding of our system and why the issue occurred. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. A few months later another storm worked its magic on our system again and it stopped running. We were able to quickly make an appointment and this time around we worked with Keenan who again was completely fantastic. He too was very patient with our questions and was very thorough in his work. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable and were happy with the service. On this trip we ended up joining their maintenance program because we've loved working with each technician and have had great results every time. I called the other day to set up a system check for our heater and was able to get a day set very quickly which is also much appreciated! Today we worked with Derek who again was very kind and very patient with our questions. We talked about what to look out for when using the heater and the best setting to keep our home comfortable. Again above and beyond and we are so grateful! I think it says a lot about the company when each individual that we worked with has always had the same positive and helpful attitude.
