"We returned to our park model for the 2021 winter season and discovered a leaky shut off valve under the kitchen sink. Received referral from our seasonal caretaker that Bob is very responsive and called leaving a message. Bob called and agreed to visit to assess problem and find a time to repair. Advised that type of pipe required a peculiar valve that could take some time to find. Bob secured the valve and completed repair in a timely fashion. Noted in shutting off resort water connection wetness around in casing. Given permission to proceed found that original water piping to washer was copper and connector was steel!! Over time electrolysis has caused pinhole leaking of copper. Bob made adjustments in his schedule so this could be repaired appropriately and even stopped in a few days later while in the resort to check if everything was working!!"
