"Assigned by American Home Shield. Going on almost 7 months now without our refrigerator repaired. Tech looked at fridge for 5 minutes each time and would just throw parts at it. Now we cannot get a return call, pretty sure he may no longer be in business."

"Really stumped with this guy. Had an issue with my refrigerator, made the mistake of calling him, about a month ago. He told me he would be over that week, he never came. Called him again the following week, told me he came by and we weren't home. We were. He finally stopped by, and told me I needed a heater and he would order it and it would arrive in 2 days. Never heard from him. Called him the following week, the part wasn't in yet. Called him a week later, and still no part. Called him again in another week. And the part came in, let me call you back. He, of course, never called. Called him again yesterday, and no answer. Called him this morning, and still no answer. Called on my Cell phone, and he answered right away. When I identified myself, he told me he was in a bad area and I was cutting in and out, and he would call when he got out off that area. That was 5 hours ago. Not sure what his issue was. But - AVOID THIS GUY!!!!!!!"
