"We needed our treadmill moved which required some disassembly and reassembly. The technician, Chad, was knowledgeable, careful, and professional. Everything went smoothly, and when I asked to check out the treadmill after reassembly, Chad hopped on and got a bit of a workout as I asked him to operate all the controls to make sure everything was working right. "I had Apex service my commercial grade True (TS1) elliptical and discovered it needed a belt replacement. Apex ordered what we thought was the correct belt directly from the Elliptical manufacturer, True. Once tech Dave came out to do the replacement it was clear the belt size was incorrect. Long story short, Apex had to order the belt 3 times from True, who kept insisting they sent the correct belt, and on the 3rd receipt of the wrong belt, True finally told Apex tech Dave the belt is no longer made! Apex staff found an aftermarket belt right away once True admitted they were wrong and I now have the elliptical working smoothly like new. I commend Apex’s entire staff for sticking up for their customer and not giving up on a tough call. Today’s business standard of customer service is non-existent for most companies. However Apex stands as a model for excellence from all staff involved in getting my issue resolved. Thank you Dave, Lou and the Apex staff that made this happen and restoring my faith that great service is important to both company and customer."
"Farmer's Fitness Repair and Services deserves 5 stars for their professionalism and honesty. They were well worth the wait. The scheduler Chelsea was extremely pleasant despite my initial impatience with her when she reported an over 4 week wait time as well as partial prepayment. I baulked at those conditions and tried a couple of other repair shops who had little wait time and no prepayment deposit. I based my initial called to Farmer's Fitness Repair on Google reviews. I made an appointment with another repair business but when I read their Google reviews , I cancelled my appointment and sheepishly called back Chelsea to see if I could still get the appointment slot that I had angrily declined. She was still pleasant despite my initial anger-disappointment. The day of my service, the service technician Preston arrived on time. He could easily have replaced an expensive part that he discovered did not need replacing. The details would be boring, but Farmer's Fitness Repair and Services could have made a lot more money from me that day and I would never have known the difference. I received a partial refund in less than 1 week since they did not need to order any parts. Honesty and quality mean a lot these days!"
"If you need any service on your fitness equipment you can not go wrong by calling Farmer's Fitness. I can not say enough about how happy I am with the service I received from this company. It started when I contacted CHELSEA to schedule service for our non-working treadmill. She was great to work with and addressed all my concerns. She returned all my phone calls within the same day and was able to schedule their certified technician PRESTON JANTZ within a few days. They ordered the needed parts from the manufacture and kept me informed on the shipping status. Preston did a very good job in the repair of the treadmill and even cleaned up the work area when he was done. He insured we were satisfied with the repairs before he left. Ed Lyerla Casa Grande, AZ"
