"There was no wait when I arrived. The gentleman behind the desk attended to my needs right away. He replaced my cracked screen cover in less than five minutes and my phone looks like brand new now :-) I will definitely come here again. In the event I drop my phone again I need to get it fixed. I would highly recommend coming here if you need your phone repaired."
"Amazing service, I went for a screen replacement for my Samsung S22 Ultra and they not only had the parts, but they finished the job within 1.5hrs! At least for me it was a little on the pricey side but nothing that wasn't around the market for it. Recommend if you are in need of a screen replacement."
"Overall, I was pleased with the customer service at CPR. I went to other repair stores that estimated I would have to pay anywhere from $250-300 for the repair to my phone. At CPR, I only ended up paying a little over $90. They were friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced and went the extra mile in trying to fix the problem without ordering a new part. The only thing preventing a five star rating is that they initially ordered the wrong part for my repair, so the service took an extra week than originally expected. I don't think that would be a common issue for most, though. Other than that, I would highly recommend."
"I paid CPR $80 to replace my cell phone's battery. After the replacement, I noticed the battery was loose and shifting around as I turned the phone from side to side. 4 weeks later, when my phone went completely dead, I returned to the store (45 min drive) and asked the person at the front desk if he could take a look and see what was going on. The person at the front desk said I would have to leave the phone at the store and he might be able to get to it in a few hours. I explained the situation with the loose battery ever since CPR did the replacement, so I feel it was unacceptable the employee did not prioritize my situation and take a quick look, especially since CPR was at fault for the no good repair. Frustrated and unable to go the rest of the day (or who knows how long) without a phone, I left the store to purchase a new phone. I felt like the loose battery was what caused my phone to go dead, so I took the phone apart later that evening. Turns out, CPR did not use adhesive when they replaced my battery (they also replaced it with a refurbished battery btw), so the sliding around caused severed connection from my battery to the circuit board (see attached pictures). I called the store to explain the situation, but was told the replacement was no longer under warranty because of the no good repair. At this point, I don't care about the warranty and the money, and I understand mistakes can happen during a repair, but I think the lack of service and accountability when I returned to the store with a repair that was no good was totally unacceptable."
