"I just canceled my services today after giving them chance after chance to make things right! 4 different pool techs in the last 2 years with hikes in price each year! Jake, the last tech was rude and disrespectful and lazy in the care of my pool. Sarah is horrible at taking any responsibility for these awful techs for the exception of one, James Grace. He was wonderful and my pool was always clean and sparkling. She always has a condescending response to my concerns. Tech, breaking light bulbs, dumping garbage by pool equipment, chlorine splashes on my expensive deck and scratches on my stucco when they pass with their equipment. No regards for caring for one's property or pool. I like Damien but his staff needs improvement or hire new people that care! If complaining to get decent customer service for the price they charge, then yes, I'm a difficult customer!"

"Read the post from Jhornaysir high a few reviews down. I absolutely just experienced the same exact hideous treatment and service. New sand filter installed, 2 days later pool back green, and water leaking from filter. The owner Damian took no accountability, and refused to fix his error and was even hostile standing in your customers driveway yelling and threatening them for your poor service and character is certainly not away to run a business. If I was you I would run far away from doing business with them. I literally almost had to call law enforcement to have the owner to have a good day 5 plus times. When asked why does my pool look like this 2 days after the install, Damian replied I don't know why does your backyard look like that. The company mixes insults with no accountability and bad character. They were paid for a filter install and said filter is leaking when asked to fix the issue true colors were shown. Hideous."

"COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with Foothills Pool Care and Repair!!! Damien came out super quick and helped diagnose and fix some problems I had been having with my salt chlorinator and timer. He's been in the business for a long time and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to troubleshooting! I'm pretty handy and do all my pool maintenance/repairs myself, but this time I was stumped. Damien took the time to explain everything to me in detail; I could tell he genuinely cared about getting my salt chlorinator and pump settings dialed in and ready for the summer.
