"Penguin air had a great professional customer service representative, Sky. He Answered all our questions was open about prices. I love how they use booties to come in and out of our home. Quick service as soon as next day (pending). Will update review as soon as this is done tomorrow. But so far Penguin Air was great!"

"JD was excellent. Very thorough, but an absolute pain in scheduling service. Was told 2 different time frames, and as I’m walking out the door, I get a call that he was on his way - 7 hours sooner than what was previously planned. I was quoted $1800 for a clean and check. He explained to me that all of the employees, managers, techs all have to get paid, and how large of a company they are. For this $10 “special” no work was performed. I wanted to speak to a supervisor, and I think I spoke to Tonya(?) who merely stated what their policy is. She is just a “floor supervisor at the call center.” I was very clear on who I wanted to speak with. It definitely wasn’t a “floor supervisor.” I wanted to speak with the manager or someone in the office. They are obviously a large company and can afford negative reviews without it impacting their bottom line if that’s how they want to run the company, Penguin will never be in my home again. However, if JD should ever move on to a different company, he will be welcome in my home as if he is family. There is simply too much competition in Arizona to be treated this way and to justify their charges. Can’t wait to see their response. $1800. No matter what they have to say, it won’t change my mind about Penguin."

"Had a fantastic experience with Sky from Penguin Air for my recent AC unit purchase and install. Sky was professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to assess my home and guided me through the process of selecting the right unit for my needs and budget. The installers showed up on time the very next day, they were polite and cleaned everything up when the were finished. The unit is running smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!"

"Penguin Air saved my family from 21 days without Air Conditioning. During the hottest summer in Phoenix recorded history! We had a Home Warranty Company that strung us along for 21 days and we opted for a “cash out”. Penguin Air came to the rescue. They got us a beautiful Goodman AC unit and installed it in 18 hours! The Home Warranty people said it might take a month to get the equipment. Penguin Air also diagnosed that our original vent from when the house was built was an insufficient size. They installed a new vent, and we cannot hear the AC coming on or going off anymore. It is incredible…so quiet. I cannot say enough good things about Kathryn W., Jeff, Chantry Robinson and Ryan at Penguin Air."

I don't typically write reviews but this one is warranted simply due to Alex's above and beyond service. Not only did he immediately find the problem, thoroughly explain and put genuine and sincere work into fixing it - but he also set me up with another technician after I explained how another company was trying to overcharge for another service I needed done.
