"I was in a bind on a Sunday night. Water had started pouring out of my sediment filter cannister and I couldn't get it to stop. So, I shut off the water and started researching 24/7 plumbers near me. I honestly tried calling one of the "well known" TV plumbers, but no one answered and went straight to voice mail. So, I called EMPA next instead and immediately got through to a real person who got me through to the owner right away. We set up an appointment for the same evening and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Fair price considering my dilemma. Austin, the owner, is friendly and professional.
