I’m the first to complain if unsatisfied with a service or product. I just want to pay homage to Cool Zone and the staff: Byron, Tylor, Sergio, and Michael for their professionalism and perfectionist installation of my new heat pump split system. I’d also like to thank the owner of Cool Zone for his guidance and putting up with my numerous questions. Before hiring Cool Zone I did my due diligence and investigated them with the Registrar of Contractors, Better Business Bureau and for any online complaints. They have been in business for numerous years and I could not find any complaints from any sources. They have an impeccable reputation and I recommend them very highly. Steve H."

Their friendly office staff was very quick to send someone out to determine what needed to be done and then email us a very detailed estimate. They were also very timely to schedule the repairs once we decided to go with their company. Technicians Byron and Dakota were very friendly, informative and reassuring and answered all of our questions. They were exceptionally considerate of the need to be orderly, thorough and clean in replacing a major part of our AC unit, the evaporative coil. I highly recommend this company."

"I have already written a review of Cool Zone Sales & Installation and gave them 5 stars about how they responded so quickly to my problems with a 12 year old roof top Heat Pump which they replaced the very next day (At a reasonable price!!). As a follow up, I called them back for my first service because after 3 days of working fantastically, the new unit stopped producing heat - Cool Zone were out to see me within 2 hours of my call. Dakota Went up on roof and found a loose connection inside the HP unit. Fixed and we were up and running again! All in All, I am very satisfied with the 2 Stage Carrier HP unit which is now providing me heat through to the end of the house in a very long pipe run which did not get much air with the old HP air handler AND I am extremely happy with Cool Zone's install and their service call to fix the loose connection. PLUS, 3 days later Cool Zone came back out to do a final walk through of the Install to check the air flow in the house, check the settings on the new thermostat & answer all my questions and finally, once again, do a check of the Carrier HP on the roof. This time, I went with Dakota onto the roof and saw that the install Team had done a great job cleaning up the roof where the old unit had sat and also did a very neat install of the new Carrier HP, New piping for condensate, caulking, New Stand & New Metal Fabrication to my existing plenum! I know I made the right decision of getting this Carrier HP Unit and also going with Cool Zone Air Conditioning & Heating. Thanks to the Team: Inside & out in the field!"
