"don't believe the false bad review the owner mention to me he got a bad review from a random person that he never serviced and their nothing he can do about it I really feel for the owner he was great fixed my machine for way cheaper then a new one"

"When i contacted them i was very reluctant, my dryer wasnt working for weeks and i had two separate companies come out and nothing repaired. One told me it was the wiring in the walls another took my entire machine apart and broke parts and left many screws out. The nicest person came and was very professional and on time, immediately began working and within 10 minutes showed me that a main plug to the motor had been unplugged and an easy fix. I was only charged the quoted service fee :) I absolutely will only be calling My Neighbors Appliance repair in the future and will be recommending to my friends, co-workers and family. "When I got the diagnosis I was told I needed a new drainage pump. I was quoted a price, agreed to have him replace the pump. Rowen returned the next day with a pump. When he was done he told me I didn’t need a new pump because it was actually clogged. He unclogged it and saved me half the amount. He could have charged me what he originally quoted but he was honest. I found that to be amazing nowadays."
