"My wife got a denial letter. We never applied for anything from this company. Called to find out what was going on. They wanted my wife's SSN to find her information. My wife was not comfortable giving that as she never applied. They said that's the only way they can look it up. The letter even had an application number. This is absurd. Why would anyone give out there SSN when some type of fraud is going on."
