"Moving my loan just as soon as I can. Would not do business with this company again. Received a lot of "I don't know" and "I'm not sure". I feel like these are things i should be able to come to the loan company for when I'm having questions about the loan and differences between what the website says and what the human on the phone says. There was no effort to look farther into the issue just wanted me off the phone."
"Hardest to do business with. Their hours are unfavorable. Communication is lacking. Every time I have spoken with someone, they do not follow through. Plus, they have false branding and advertising on their website. It clearly showcases American Express as a processing option, but they do not accept. Plus, I believe that is copyright infringement when they showcase an American Express card as an option to pay. Wonder why they haven’t been sued? Once I paid off my loan, they took forever to validate they received the funds and provided me false information, twice. First, they stated they would follow-up with me when payment was received, which never happened. And when I called to confirm receipt of the payment they informed me that I would receive my paid in full letter within two weeks, after the two weeks, I called & was then informed that they do not send the paid in full letter until after two weeks. This organization is a joke. I can’t wait to never deal with them again."
