"After experiencing checking account fraud I tried to activate a new debit card. Couldn't be done over the phone and was told to visit a branch in person. The teller at this location acted like a sulky teenager who couldn't be bothered. Dismissively told me to call the debit activation line without really listening. I explained I was told to come in and he acted annoyed, didn't speak, punched something into his computer and presented me a printed version of his 'call the activation number'. So I did so, and was told again to go in person to a branch because apparently the teller didn't actually do anything. Tried to clarify what the issue was and the woman kept repeating her script with no deviation, 'my system says-'. Tried to message on the website and it kept glitching and looping back to the login page. Maybe I just got unlucky with the teller as far as that goes, but it shouldn't be this hard to activate a debit card."

"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO GET CASH FROM THE DRIVE UP ATM. This is the second time I have gone to this branch to use the drive up ATM and it has eaten my card. Luckily I was able to report the card as stolen and block my account. I don't know if this location does not maintain its machines or what. I inserted my card as normal and then was greeted with a message that the ATM could not complete transactions. Then the screen when blank and kept cycling through the reboot menus. I tried pushing cancel and other things to get my card back but with no avail. Like I stated I'm not sure if this location just doesn't maintenance it's ATM or what since this is the second time this has happened"

"I had a lot of things that Desert Financial had to do for me, including changing my beneficiaries on my accounts since we did a living will. I had to get a new debit card, change a savings account to a new money market account and get a safety deposit box. Kim helped us through all of these. We have had numerous auto loans through Desert Financial and we have been very happy with them throughout the last 35 years ."

"I'm disappointed by this branch. Other branches and their online customer service always provide a top notch customer service, they make sure that their customers are happy. I went to this branch yesterday to get a new card. On the left is my old card I've had for 2 years, smooth, no scratches, and on the right is my NEW card I got yesterday. I got it full of deep scratches, front and back. I'm disappointed that they didn't care and just give me this card instead of removing this one from their card stock and give the customers perfect looking cards only."
