"Absolutely HORRIBLE. We will never bank with this credit union again. They sold their company to Elan Financial and instead of receiving $500 back from an account that we prepaid for, they billed us $600 incorrectly. We had a manager trying to help us that stopped communicating with us, then that fake bill was sent to collections. Now they refuse to hear what is happening and refusing to take it out of collections and give us our money back."
