"They just another credit union. Nothing special. Had them since 2014 when I joined USMC. They brag about helping veterans but every time I called and asked for assistance and such I basically get referred to non profits and such. Nets millions but won't actually help their members."
"Customer service here is usually great. I called ahead to the main number and they verified that this location could do my notary and provide witnesses for it. When I walked in, two ladies at the front seemed very rude when I asked them about it. One told me they did not provide witnesses. That was fine, because my local UPS did. I should never have wasted my time here! I was given the wrong information, so not their fault. It was the way I got treated by the staff that upset me. I never had that happen here prior to this experience. Please hire people that know how to treat people with respect! Not sure if I will return here after this experience."
