"DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION. We have used Sunwest for over 8 years. Our account was compromised for the first time ever. When we called to let them know fraud had happened on our account, we were told and I QUOTE, "We do not deal with fraud anymore." Would not refund any of the NSF fees associated with the fraud OR the fraud charges. Even with a police report!! Don't put your hard earned money into a bank that says not our fault when your money gets illegally used. All I could do was laugh. The banker told my husband and I quote again "it wasn't our fault" WHAT!? All our other banks reversed the charges even without a police report. It's very sad that we had our entire life savings ripped from us (stolen identity, all our money gone, credit cards, everything they took everything) and sunwest made the entire process so complicated and frustrating just to get our money back that was illegally used. Which they never did. Update: they reversed a few NSF fees after going round and round with them. But never the actual FRAUD charges."
