"We bought a 2nd home and due to the quick closing we didn't realize all the plumbing issues (some not all) that came along with it until after. Anyways, after calling around we liked Justin's honesty and decided to go with Southwest Plumbing. Justin came over looked at everything that needed to be done, gave us an estimate (and actually saved us money) and said he could start the next day (we didn't have to wait several days without paying an extra fee per all the other companies). He fixed our water pressure issue in all bathrooms on main level, installed new dishwasher, new kitchen sink and kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, new bathroom faucet in lower level, hooked up our water filtration and ice maker. Also, told me how to save money on our water softener by doing it myself. Almost forgot, I thought I had to replace all 3 faucets in upper level bathrooms but Justin fixed the problem saving me over $200 I can now return them. "Last night I called Justin (in a semi freak out which really wasn’t that bad) to come to my home and fix a continuous running water issue I caused. It was late at night and he tried giving me directions over the phone and FaceTime to show me how to turn the water to my house off but of course I couldn’t find the valve so he came to my house and was here within ten minutes. He turned the water off, evaluated the problem and let me know it wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I thought it was. He said he could fix the issue right then and there but it being an emergency call it would cost more, OR he could come back in the morning and it would save me a lot more, but either way he would get the job done but he was just looking out for our best interests. We said we had an appraiser coming to our home at 9am and he said he could get the parts he needed at 630am and be here at 7 and be done within hour. And sure enough he was. He was punctual, professional and communicative the whole process. He got the job done in 45 minutes and we were good to go. Justin really came in clutch for us and we couldn’t appreciate him more for coming out so late and coming back so early in the morning. Definitely calling him for all my future jobs!! Thank you Justin, you got a forever customer here. OH! And he was MORE than reasonable with his pricing, even with the late night emergency call. He had our best interests in mind over making a quick buck."
