"If you like wasting your time, money, awful customer service and getting scammed here is the place."
"I used to be happy with the service department before they changed owners. Now the communication is lacking and the customer service does not feel the same. I made an appointment for a recall along with a tire rotation two weeks ahead of time. I was told that my vehicle was ready, but when I went to pick it up, the service advisor said they didn't have the part to fix the recall and it would arrive in two to three business days. As a result, I would have to bring the vehicle back to fix the recall. A week and a half later, I called because I hadn't received notification that the part had been received. After waiting on hold, getting disconnected, and waiting on hold again, I was finally able to talk with the parts department which informed me that the part was in. Then I had to wait another two weeks to actually get an appointment to fix the recall. It's really disappointing because I really like my vehicle, but I'm not sure if I'll buy another Kia if this is the experience I will now have at the service department at my local dealer."
"I took my 2018 kia Forte in for some recalls that it had on Oct 5th got my car back on Oct 7th 2022 and the a.c was no longer working I called and I was told by Johnathan that they couldn't do anything about it because it had nothing to do with the recalls. Then I called to talk to the manager because it didn't make sense to me that my ac stopped working just like that and the manager starts avoiding my calls then has Johnathan call me to bring in the car to just "check" it. I'm so upset with this service. Now I have to pay out of pocket for their techs mistakes. So unprofessional for the manager not to take care of the situation. I'll make sure to take my service elsewhere. If I could if zero stars I would."
"Reply to your message: They key was not broken yes there was a bandaid stuck on it because it did not feel secure since the day we purchased it there. got the key like that just wobbly, so we did that as precautious not because the key was broken thank you very much! But no worries I'm grown and will fix my broken key thanks to your technician. Ask him if my key fob was attached to my key ...ask him the same question was my key attached to the key fob when he returned my vehicle...uh no he was not the key was in the ignition and the fob was handed to my daughter... no it was not returned in the same condition! Thank god the people in sales and finance got it together. **** Go in for an oil change come out with a broken key and they say they cant do anything about it! My 3rd vehicle purchase there and they break my key! Not cool at all! Not cool at all! Not great customer service. Said they are not responsible for damage! Im livid! Keys are not cheap! Im really really mad!"
