Avondale Toyota Service

"my name is ron and i made an appointment with my wife toyota camry on march 22 2024 at 8 am. I arrived at service station at 7:30 am and the service advisor name Ray came to me as he talk to me he ask me to open the hood of the car and i think he just use his superpower xray to diagnosed my car and says service to be done is worth 600 dollars. with my trust i say ok. he told me that they need to finish it in 2 and half hour so they give me complimentary uber back and forth. at 12 he texted me and says the car is done but UNFORTUNATELY when im about to leave and start my car , theres a lots of ISSUES showing on my DASHBOARD, so I waited again for another few hours. For me their service is very slow and poor and i need to cancelled my doctors appointment too. imagine it took almost 8 hours for my car to be done only for oil change and minor issues. Im sooo dissapointed. please train your staff and tecnician well. I have no issues with the product (toyota) because i like toyota very much."

"It does not matter what day or what time I come in to get an oil change, I’m waiting for at least 3 hours for a simple oil change. I don’t understand their appointment system. This is the last time I’m bringing my truck here. Even if the 5 oil change deal is a steal. Not worth the total wait time."

"DO NOT BUY THEIR TIRE WARANTY. Buying the truck was a good experience. The service department is a joke. I purchased a tire warranty. I got a nail in my tire. I changed my tire. They will not repair the tire without the truck present. When I called to find out about this, nobody knew what the answer was, despite speaking with the service department. They decided to send me to the parts department (?) who obviously didn’t know about how the service department handles warranty claims."

"Took 3 and 1/2 hours for an alignment and an oil change, yes they provided a lift to and from the racetrack, information wasn't given up front about how long it would take. Although the 130 point inspection was very thorough."

"Very nice building and waiting area. Currently low inventory on new vehicles, but I would 100% give them 1st crack at my business when I'm ready. The staff were great to talk to and never tried to sell me anything. Even my service advisor was super chill."
