"Left here very very upset literally crying as I’m writing this. I came here earlier this week hoping to find a companion, after losing my childhood dog it took me a year to finally look for a new member of the family. I believe the worker who helped was named josh, me and my family fell in love with bear and hearing his story I wanted to take him home. Josh ran my credit and was approved to to finance bear, I told him if it was alright if we put a hold on him bc I wanted to pay in full on my next check. He told me I was able to put a 50$ deposit hold on bear for 2 weeks, I paid and me and my fiancé came today (Friday) to see him. As we walked in we seen other person walking out with our soon to be family member. I frantically asked the workers what was happening bc I put a 50$ deposit hold on bear. The workers ESPECIALLY the two female workers were very rude saying I won’t get a refund told the people who sold bear to “don’t worry it’s your dog”. I was very very hurt two gentlemen came up to me and my husband willingly to help gave me my deposit back. I was so ready to bring in bear to my home after losing my best friend a year ago. I’m so hurt and don’t think I can trust this place anymore or purchase from here ever again."
