"I called to reserve something I needed for a course. The man put it on hold. I checked the hours online. Google says 6pm. I showed up at 4:04 and turns out they close at 4pm during the summer. The employees refused to help, and I had to take two zeros on some assignments I had due. I would have shown up on time if I knew the posted hours were incorrect. I feel as though it wasnt unreasonable to let me get what I needed when they already had it up front on hold ready to go for me. I want students to see this to avoid anything like this happening to them. Unfortunately my professor will not let me make up those grades. Anyone reading this make sure you call for the true hours."

"Compared to the other Pima Bookstores I feel that this one has the most staff and traffic. The staff are always walking around helping and very quick to help anyone. They are all very pleasant and upbeat. It is really easy to find any books or supplies you might need for class, and the prices are comparable to pretty much anywhere you want school supplies. All in all, it is a good experience, a good atmosphere, and a fair price."

"Terrible!! managers and employees are rude and lairs, tell you that you get a full refund but don't keep to their word. Highly suggest that you buy your books online or from anther bookstore.. You will pay way less or have an better experience somewhere else."
