Whataburger

"Was made to wait at the counter to order for over 9 minutes because they were trying to “catch up” from drive through (when I was walking in I saw 4 cars in the drive through line, doesn’t seem like too much). Got to listen to employees communicate, seems like they were overwhelmed and stressed. The only guy that seemed to stay calm and have a smile is the guy on the fry station. Took another 14 minutes to get my food after I sat down. Fries were not salted (they said they ran out of fry salt). A few tables in the lobby were not wiped…"

"The drive through attendant was very nice. She was very patient with us while we looked over the menu. When we got to the window to get our food, the attendant was really nice! She had a big smile on her face that made it seem she was happy to be there!"

"Always a hit or miss whether a trip here will take 5 minutes or 30 depending on the traffic in the drive thru. Suggest getting off for any trip. Food is pretty consistent, as well as the customization options actually being done. Price is pretty decent for the quality. Overall if you can look past you may have to wait 30+ minutes for "fast food." I recommend it."

"I never ever do reviews!! This is my first review ever!! I went this morning to get me spicy chicken meal and 2 taquitos! Mid day I had finished my Dr Pepper wanted some left over ice open the lid to get some ice and the drink had mold in it! I would like corporate to please reach out to me this is very disgusting!"

"I went on 6/10 around 9:30pm. it took about 20 minutes to take my order and then 20 minutes to receive my order. When I received my order, I received a RAW sandwich and with pickles after asking for NO pickles and my fries were old. I thought since I waited so long, my food would be fresh at least, but I was wrong. I reached out, but no one has responded."
