I bought a very expensive bike from a different bike shop in town and it has been incredibly uncomfortable to ride. Frank did a one on one bike fitting with me and it turns out I bought the wrong size bike! He took my $4,000.00 painful investment and swapped out the handle bars, add a shorter stem and a narrower saddle. He really took the time and care to make certain that I was going to be comfortable on my bike. The bike itself was an investment in my future but I hated riding it. "I highly recommend Ben's. I'm from out of town on a month long road trip and had never used them before for bike service. This morning, my derailleur died. I stopped by and they quickly evaluated it, worked with the vendor, and were able to replace it under warranty in just a couple of hours. They also managed to do a brake bleed on my other bike . I went from completely unable to ride to back on the road in one afternoon. Ben's is definitely a go to shop when I'm in Tucson from now on."
