"In 10 years of shipping products I have only had one insurance claim I have had to file. This month I had to file 6 claims. The boxes are showing up beat-up, opened, and broken from this post office. One box was opened, item broke, and the piece taped on...This makes us look bad to our customers. Try explaining to a customer you didn't send them an item that was broken and taped back together in a sealed box...does not reflect well on my business."
"No one answers the phone. According to a tracking number a package for me arrived at at the post office at 1030am, 4 march. today is march 8th & still no package. terrible customer service."
"horrible experience, writing this review on my 4th hour of waiting to get a passport because i need it asap and appointments keep showing up which delays my turn more and more. They have one person working behind the passport door. Not to mention every worker is extremely rude and has so much attitude. I do not recommend coming here at all."
"Horrible, waited for passport for over 2 hours and there was only 1 person helping out. In those 2 hours he only helped 1 family, the appointments kept growing and I was a walk in so obviously he was going to help appointments. Wasted 2 hours and left without a passport."
"I dropped off an important package on a Friday afternoon and paid for next-day delivery. I was assured it would arrive in California Saturday morning. Now it is Monday and tracking shows it might be delivered by Monday 8pm. Tracking seems to indicate the package was not correctly processed at this facility, and did not make the Friday evening flight. The USPS phone customer care could not verify this."
