"I have been coming here for over 1.5 years and I am grateful to say I have found another doctor. I picked one at random and was treated better than I have ever been here. The nurses and other staff have always been personable and friendly and I have nothing bad to say about them, however, Dr Rodarte would spend as little time as humanly possible with me. He has a genuinely uninterested demeanor and will make you feel like you are wasting his time. The breaking point was when I went in to refill a specific medication, I mentioned I had a fever for multiple days and the worst sore throat I had ever had. He said "its probably viral" and dismissed me without any further discussion, treatments, tests, or medication. Hell, he didnt even look at my throat. Dismayed I went to an URGENT CARE and was treated like a real person. I got tested for strep, given a lidocaine cocktail (and a prescription for said lidocaine cocktail), prescription for antibiotics and (at my request) a large bag of IV fluids as I could feel how dehydrated I was. The new doctor i saw today that I picked completely at random just to get away from this fun-house of a doctors office spent more time talking to me in this one visit than my doctor at DFP ever did in 10 visits. Perhaps every other doctor at this location is good but I can assure you that the one to which I am referring, most certainly is not."

"I had no choice but to see Dr. Rodarte and he didn't acknowledge you. Sadly Dr. Crepensek has retired and she used to be my doctor. She would come in and greet you and listen to you and ask you questions. Totally different with Dr. Rodarte. I hope the new NA is as good as her. Just keep in mind she is booking fast from what I was told which gave me no choice but to pick Dr. Rodarte as my left ear and sinus was hurting and my chest and couldn't wait another week. I had liquid in my ears and chest still hurts, but heart is good. I wanted to ask him why am I hurting, but he had finished with me."

"I was hesitant to go at first, but I'm really glad I did. Dr. Rodarte really helped me! He knew what I was talking about, he was very understanding, and his treatment is working great. Yes, I waited a little longer to go in, but I understand now why he is so busy, it was worth it."

"This was the worst experience I have had at a clinic. Waited over an hour for my appointment. I had to leave the room to find out if the Doctor was coming. Gave them my insurance, still received a bill stating they did not have my insurance. I had to call them, they had it. The doctor called in the wrong strength of my medicine and it is a mail in order can not return. I called the clinic 2 or 3 times the nurse and the receptionists said they would look into it and call back. I have never received a call back from them. Will not be returning to this clinic."
