Immunization Clinic

"Loved the experience of being in the clinic. However I will warn that if you move states it's almost impossible go get your records from these people. I've given several working emails to receive the release papers I need to get my kids records. I even had other people email me to make sure all emails were in fact working. I received all of them . Then I had the kids new pediatrician send a release over. They refuse to release them to that clinic. When I ask to get another email sent to me. They say yes of course and I still haven't received one. This shouldn't be this difficult. Other clinics got me their records within a week. No excuses. I've been trying for 3 months ! And now my kid might not be able to start school in a week because of how unhelpful staff has been. Update: Esmaralda helped me solve my issue and I have already received my children's records so they will start school on time."

"I’ve been here a few times with my boy and the staff here have never been rude or seen them being rude to anyone. What I like is they get straight to the point just because having two kids now I do not want to be in there for a long period of time. I love it here."

"I just brought my son there this morning for one vaccine he needed for school. I couldn’t find his shot record from our previous state, and they were so patient and kind while they waited for the school to fax the records. The two ladies behind the far window were so sweet, and made our visit as stress free as it could be. I see a lot of comments about the first lady that you talk to being rude, but I don’t think she’s blatantly rude, I think it’s more of a straight to business, no pleasantries kind of personality that people just aren’t used to. I could be wrong, but I just didn’t take her as rude."

"The first time I took my 5yr I old here I was very surprised with the experience and how kind all the employees treated my very scared little girl. This was only a month ago so COVID is still rapidly racing through. They seemed to be maintaining a good method for social distancing and employing the state mandated mask policy. But when I just return the other day for the follow up for her RmmR or something vaccine I noticed the same woman behind the glass when you walk in the main doors still was rude and seemed to hate life, she had the same attitude on my first visit but I chalked that up to a bad day, not exactly a month apart. She either had some issue based entirely on a personal opinion or she hates her job when i'd do anything to obtain a job (having a 6yr degree want make you essential). I had known from the website and my prior visit that an apt was required, AGAIN COVID. Yet a large family who were not wearing masks and running around the waiting area. The normal me would have said something, but when I've got! My kids, especially my baby girl who is so conflicted on all her feelings right now is involved i refuse to make it worse. "The timing says 4:30pm but their phone recording says you should arrive by 4pm. After a 40m drive and managing to arrive at 4pm on the dot found the door closed and some employee from another office told me they usually close at 3.30pm. I have also tried numerous times to contact them by phone but they never pick up."
